Hey while we’re at it, maybe don’t base your personalities entirely off fandoms, either. Enjoy the company of people who don’t ingest the same media you do. Learn to talk about other things and appreciate people for being fun, polite, enthusiastic, generous, etc. Please, please, please learn to think of yourself and others in terms of qualities instead of strictly interests.

yesterday was hot hell and i was a sticky miserable headachey mess but it was so worth it, flight of the conchords were amazing 😭 they played a bunch of songs i hadn’t heard which were sooo good (my favourite was about the two naughty bad boys wanted to kill each other but thrn they fell in love!!!) and they also played a bunch of their old hits but I think the coolest was when they did a mashup of mutha uckas/hurt feelings/ hip v rhyme
the highlight for me? was just hearing bret sing!! they both have good voices of course but damn bret is an amazing singer with such an amazing range and I was just blown away!! he sounded even better than in recorded tracks?!?!
they were both so great and funny and I had a huge grin on my face for the whole gig!!! it’s been a literal DECADE since i first became a fotc fan and I’m just so fuckin happy I got to see them, and it was probably a once in a lifetime opportunity so it was all worth it 🤗🤗🤗
